This is a setting that has to be enabled on Windows 10 and doesn’t have anything to do with the Bluetooth device itself. The Bluetooth headset’s mic may not be turned on.
Select the device that is either a hands-free device or similar. Click the dropdown arrow to view the list of devices. Click the speaker icon in the system tray.
